Aircraft rates live on the Aircraft tab — one place, not two. This is for the things that aren't attached to a tail.
Roster entry only — they have no login yet. They can be scheduled immediately; a login can be attached later.
Approving puts this on the board immediately. A clash comes back as an error from the database — never as a silent overwrite of someone else's slot.
A grounding squawk pulls the aircraft off the board immediately and blocks every future booking until it's resolved.
Hobbs is the number the invoice is built from. It rolls forward automatically at check-in — you shouldn't have to touch it again after today.
A student can hold one active enrollment per course and as many courses as they are paying for. Enrolling does not schedule anything — it decides which gradesheets their flights are graded against.
Scores run 1 (excellent) to 5 (below acceptable standards), the same scale as the paper folder. Leave a line blank if it was not covered on this flight — a blank means “not flown”, not “failed”.
